How long does 50 plushies last?

That varies depending on the frequency the machine is used. But typically 50 plushies last around 3.5-4 hours. Additional plushies are available for purchase, please inquire for more information
Can I bring my own plush toys or own items to claw?

If you would like to bring your own plush toys they would have to be smaller than 7 inches for it to work. We welcome additional personal items however they would be matched to a colored rubber band. When the plush toy is won we would hand out the corresponding prize with it. This service would be an additional $199.
What kind of service do you provide?

We operate an event rental service that provides your guests with equipments such as Claw Machine, Photobooth and Arcade Machine. Our machines offer unlimited plays and unlimited usage throughout the duration of the event. We are here to help you deliver both an engaging and memorable experience for you and your guests. Our premium machines are tailored to keep guests entertained and provide a world class experience!

What if the claw machine is too difficult for people to win?

We want to make sure your guests are winning and have a fair shot. So in the case guests aren’t winning enough prizes, you are guaranteed minimum plushies for your guests. Minimum plushies are determined by the package you have selected and have the option of increasing that number if you want to ensure every guest takes home a prize!
How many plays do you get? (Claw Machine)

We are happy to provide you and your guests, unlimited plays and unlimited wins! During your event, our staff member will ensure guests are all getting a chance to play in an orderly fashion.
What does the day of my event look like? Do you staff your machines?

We arrive an hour before the event and will contact your designated contact person upon arrival to be shown where you would like your machine set up, along access to the closest 120V electrical outlet and the dedicated on-site parking stall for our staff. During the event our operators will be present to entertain your guests and happily move things smoothly. They will also ensure that the guaranteed number of plushies are being won, and will give them out towards the end of your event if they are not. At the end of the event, we will politely let your guests know our time of closure and begin breakdown. Breakdown typically takes us 45 minutes.
Are there any last minute booking fees?

Bookings less 1 month prior are subject to a $100, rush booking fee.
Can I make date changes?

Of course, we ask all date changes to be received by email or by phone at least 14 days in advance of your event.
What is your cancellation policy?

The 50% initial deposit is non-refundable, however if you have already made the full payment and wish to cancel – your 50% payment separate from the deposit will be refunded subject to a $200 cancellation fee.

Can we not use your plushies altogether and bring our own?

Absolutely. We would take $300 off the price of the claw machine and you are welcome to bring up to 50 plushies of your own. (7 inches maximum in size)
