We're all about making the whole process as hassle-free for you. Our team at Captivate is dedicated to complimenting your event. We are here to help you select a package that suits your event, answer any questions or help you with any special requests. From there, we require a 50% deposit in order to officially book your date and time. The final payment is due 7 days prior to your event and you will be contacted to ensure everything is set for your special date. Now the best part; on the day of the event - sit back and relax.

To ensure your date is available, our team will reach out via email or call to better understand your event needs and answer questions.
When a date and package is confirmed, an invoice is sent. Once we receive 50% deposit, your date and booking will be fully reserved for you. We accept eTransfer, Cheque, Cash, Visa and Mastercard.
PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION
7 days prior to your event, we will request the final payment. We will also be reaching out via email or call to ensure final questions and concerned are fully taken care of!
DAY OF YOUR EVENT
Event time! This is the day you sit back, relax, and let us enhance your event’s experience. We will arrive 90 minutes before your event and communicate with your point of contact to ensure the event runs smoothly!
